One of the tools I use for facilitating strategy development sessions is the business model diagram.
I’ve used that same tool to map my main business — me. You can use that diagram to understand very quickly what I do and how I can help you. Being a somewhat contrary type (at least as far as the one-person-one-skill school of HR is concerned), I’ve had to create several models for each of the things I do.
